One person reads everything that arrives here. Corrections and missed sources get read first, because those are the messages that actually improve the site.
There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form plugin would store your message in a database and set cookies, which would make the privacy policy untrue. Email works, costs you nothing extra, and keeps that promise intact.
What to write about
Pick whichever fits — each link opens your mail app with the subject already filled in, which just helps things get sorted faster.
A correction
Found a number, date or claim that’s wrong? This is the most useful message you can send. Corrections get logged publicly on the author page rather than quietly edited.

Press enquiry →Some messages arrive that I genuinely cannot answer, and it’s fairer to say so here than to leave you waiting:
- What your score means for you personally. I’m not a psychologist and can’t interpret a result for an individual. The tools here are screening tools for curiosity, not assessments.
- Anything about a child’s ability or schooling. Nothing on this site should inform a decision about a child’s education, and I can’t advise on one.
- Clinical, diagnostic or medical questions. If a question concerns learning difficulties, a diagnosis, or a formal assessment, a licensed psychologist is the right person and I’d only be guessing.
- Certified or official IQ scores. This site cannot issue one. Formal use — gifted programmes, employment, Mensa — requires a proctored, validated instrument.
- Guest posts and link exchanges. Not accepted, so these go unanswered.
If you’re looking for a real assessment, a licensed psychologist or your local psychological association is the right starting point.

Common Questions
Why is there no contact form?
Because a form plugin would store submissions in the site’s database, typically set a cookie, and usually need reCAPTCHA — which sends visitor data to Google. All three would contradict the privacy policy, which currently says this site collects nothing and sets no cookies. That claim is true today and worth keeping.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually two to three working days. Corrections and reports of broken tools get looked at first, since those affect everyone reading the site rather than one conversation.
Will you publish my correction?
If it holds up, yes. Corrections are logged on the author page with what was wrong and what the source actually says. If you’d rather not be mentioned, say so and you won’t be — the correction still gets made.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. Neither is accepted, and those messages don’t get a reply. Every article here is written and sourced in-house, which is the entire premise of the site.
Can I reuse a chart or quote an article?
Usually yes, with a credit and a link back. Send a note saying what you’d like to use and where it will appear. The underlying research belongs to the original authors, who are cited at the foot of each article and should be credited too.
